What is window treatment?
Window treatment is the alterations; Specifically, coverings made to the living space windows, either to enhance the home’s appearance or for some privacy from the outer world. It also insulates the house from the scorching sun and UV rays. A window treatment done in your home or workspace can provide both class and elegance while providing protection.
Why is window treatment necessary?
Window treatment is preferable because:

What are the types of window treatments?
Window treatments are of three categories and further divided as sub-types based on the materials used and the requirements they satisfy. So naturally, each customer has particular needs, and we are here to listen to you.
The three categories of window treatments are:

These are made of hard materials like vinyl, etc. They include shutters, shades, and blinds. Though they are termed hard, they are not necessarily tough on touch. Hard treatments give a clean, sleek look to the window space. They are most preferred when the customer wants privacy and light control.
Shutters are usually installed into the window frame, which is stationary. They can be folded across like a window. They can also be used in bathrooms (vinyl and composite materials).
Window blinds – Blinds have slats that tilt open or closed. They allow you to open the windows space without lifting the shade. Customers commonly prefer blinds.
Window Shades – These shades are a piece of fabric that can be stacked or folded and can be opened only when the shades are rolled up. Cellular shades are honeycomb-shaped cells filled with air and help insulate your home from outdoor temperature transfer. It is an excellent option for people looking to save energy and room darkening feature.
Sheer Shades – These shades are made of solid colored fabrics and lay flat as two layers. These shades faintly filter light, and they also provide complete privacy. In addition, it gives a soft, delicate shade to the room. They come both horizontal and vertically.
Solar Shades – These are similar to roller shades, except they are made with fabrics that block UV rays from entering the room. Its recommended for anyone that wants light and UV control without compromising the outside view.
Soft treatments
These window coverings are made from soft materials such as textiles and fabrics. The most common soft window treatments are drapes, valances, and swags. They offer more variety for interior design purposes. It comes in various colors, textures, patterns, thicknesses, and sizes. It transforms the living space as you can opt for matching design elements.
Drapes – Drapes extend to the floor and improve energy efficiency by insulating and filtering light. Drapery panels can be of different sizes and serve decorative purposes. For example, drapes can be added as stationary panels on either side of the window or to join various windows or doors.
